Majikku Ramen
Majikku Ramen, located at 240 Skyline Plaza in Daly City, CA, is a hidden gem inside the Ranch 99 mall that offers an authentic Japanese dining experience. Known for its delicious ramen, this cozy restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving flavorful and satisfying noodle dishes.
One of the standout dishes at Majikku Ramen is their signature Majikku Ramen, a bowl of perfectly cooked noodles in a rich, savory broth. While it’s a crowd favorite, many diners have mentioned the flavor-packed broth, though some may find the spice level a bit mild. For those looking to spice things up, the Beef Curry Ramen, which allows you to add extra heat, has received high praise for its bold, satisfying taste. The combination of tender beef and aromatic curry creates a truly exceptional meal.
In addition to ramen, Majikku Ramen offers a variety of other menu options, including their bento boxes, which provide a well-rounded and tasty meal. The 3-item bento box, in particular, is a popular choice among customers, offering a mix of Japanese favorites at a reasonable price. Despite recent inflation, the restaurant maintains affordable prices, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner.
The atmosphere at Majikku Ramen is warm and welcoming. Patrons often enjoy the comfortable and clean setting, which features calming lighting that enhances the dining experience. The service is quick and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable meal. While the bathrooms are located outside the restaurant in the mall, this minor inconvenience doesn’t detract from the overall positive experience.
Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely lunch, Majikku Ramen offers a satisfying dining experience with delicious ramen, excellent service, and a cozy ambiance. It’s an ideal choice for anyone in Daly City looking for authentic Japanese flavors.
Majikku Ramen Reviews
I ordered the Beef Curry Ramen and added spice to it, amazing. Best ramen I've ever had and the service was on point. Very quick to attend us. The scenery and lighting is just as perfect and definitely sets a calm, but welcoming mood
Came here on a Sunday for lunch. Was seated right away. Place was half full of patrons enjoying their food. Servers were nice and courteous. Place was clean but bathrooms were outside of the restaurant in the mall. Ramen was served hot and the broth was tasty. Don't recall the names of the ramen bowls that we ordered. Very decent place for lunch. The chicken Kara age was fried to perfection as the chicken was juicy and tender on the inside while it was crunchy on the outside. Volcano roll was served warm, creamy and delicious.
Sure, there are better ramen options, but nothing beats a bowl of black garlic ramen after shopping at the 99 Ranch Supermarket because I'm too tired to cook afterwards! For a strip mall joint, I believe it's decent. The food comes quick and the service is great. My offspring really likes the bento boxes too.
I came here the other day on my lunch before I did my grocery shopping at Ranch 99. I've always noticed this place when I walked by, but was a bit hesitant because I never see this place packed with patrons. However, I went ahead and gave this place a go because I was craving some tempura and teriyaki beef. I ordered their two item Bento box and it came with a free item and I chose the potato croquette. Two item bento is $18.95 + $2 more for the beef. Upon seating, you are given water or tea and then a small bowl of pickled cabbage and carrots. I really enjoyed the sweetness and the tangy taste of rice vinegar. The croquette was fried to a golden brown, Tempura had a light batter that wasn't too heavy. Beef was tender and not over cooked. The servers were very attentive and topped off my tea often. I would recommend this place if you are ever in the area!
Small Japanese restaurant inside the Ranch 99 mall in Daly City. They were famous for their ramen. We ordered the Majikku Ramen. It was very tasty but can't tasted the spicy. We also ordered the 3 items bento box. Prices were reasonable because of inflation. We spent about $50 for lunch. Totally recommended
